how to order your stationery

At Basjoo Design we have strived to design a website that makes selecting, ordering & personalising your stationery as simple and pleasurable as possible. We hope we've done a good job making our site feel welcoming, comfortable, relaxed and self-explanatory with detailed information and good quality photos, just to make sure, please see our quick guide below.

However, there are many of you who may wish to visit our studio and discuss your requirements first, before ordering through the website. If you would like to make an appointment please contact us through the Enquiry form on the Contact & Samples page.

Whichever you prefer, we hope you enjoy your visit!

Select the 'Stationery' page, to browse through our Stationery Collections. (Alternatively you can view specific products through our 'Shop' page.)

Click on your preferred range to view all the details and products available in that range.

You will also need to view our 'layouts & wording' and 'fonts' pages to view your options there too.

(We recommend ordering your Stationery 3 months before your special occasion, of course it depends on the individual & your family & friends replying back to you!! But please allow 28 days for print, production & delivery.)

ordering & personalisation

Click on the product you require, to view all the details.

Make your selections from the 'drop down' menus, eg: Quantities, Font, Colours etc, then click 'add to basket.'

If you have chosen a product that does not require 'personalising' you will be directed straight to your basket.

If you have chosen a product that does require 'personalising', you will then be sent to the relevant page to enter your details, following the instructions on the page.

! We do not provide a separate 'proof' for your order, the details you enter ARE your proof. So please scrutinise & check your details thoroughly for errors & spelling mistakes before you 'add to basket.' When you are confident everything is correct click 'add to basket' (errors or changes to these details after you have submitted them will incur a full re-print at your extra cost.)

To continue shopping please follow the same process again.

complete & checkout

When you have finished selecting and ordering your stationery please view your basket to double check your order is correct and complete. You can update your basket with changes at any time, apart from 'personalisation' details.

We do advise that you read our Terms & Conditions and Delivery pages for full details and timescales.

Now proceed through the 'check-out' where you will be asked to 'create an account', which is free and follow the instructions.

printing & delivery

Once your payment has been accepted through our Protx secured ordering facility you will then receive an email confirming your order.

We will then collate and print your stationery order to your specifications keeping you informed along the way. You will then receive an email when your stationery has been despatched. Orders may also be collected from us by prior arrangement.
